Our client, a leading private equity investor with offices in London, New York and Dublin, is known for a hands-on investment approach and deep sector knowledge. They partner with management teams to build market-leading businesses across consumer staples, healthcare and essential services.

The business used a legacy video conferencing solution that required IT input every time a call was scheduled. As part of their London office expansion and refurbishment, the private equity investor identified the need to modernise their communication infrastructure and boardroom technology to enhance collaboration between their global offices and improve user experience across in-office and hybrid meetings.

We designed and delivered a modern, intuitive communications ecosystem for our client, combining high-performance video conferencing, seamless hybrid meeting integration and a powerful Microsoft Teams-based telephony system.

Neat & Logitech Teams Room Deployment

We replaced the legacy Boardroom Polycom set-up with a Logitech Microsoft Teams Room, offering a one-touch join experience through a Tap touchscreen controller that eliminates the need for IT intervention and enables frictionless video meetings. Several new smaller meeting rooms were built, and to meet their requirements we deployed Neat 65” Pro boards configured for Microsoft Teams, again providing users with a simple one-touch join experience.

Enhanced Hybrid Meeting Experience

With the addition of the Logitech Sight tabletop camera and expansion microphones in the large boardroom, meetings are now more inclusive and engaging. Logitech Sight provides intelligent framing and improved audio capture, ensuring remote participants feel more involved and enhancing hybrid team collaboration.

Platform Flexibility with Logitech Swytch

We installed Logitech Swytch in the boardroom system, allowing users to instantly connect their laptops to the room’s AV setup and host meetings via any platform, including Google Meet, Webex or Zoom, making the space highly adaptable.

1-Voice2Teams Telephony Rollout

We upgraded our client’s legacy telephone system to 1-Voice2Teams powered by Operator Connect, consolidating their global telephony into a single solution across London, Dublin and New York. This enabled free inter-office calling and flexible extension management across devices and locations.

Verkada Cloud Security Solution

As part of the refurbishment, we replaced the legacy CCTV system, which relied on an on-premise NVR, with a fully cloud-based CCTV and door access solution by Verkada. This leading platform enables organisations to operate safer and smarter buildings through cloud-based physical security systems.

Meeting set-up time was reduced by over 70% thanks to one-touch join, smart scheduling and seamless Teams integration, while the need for manual IT support was significantly reduced.

Seamless Hybrid Collaboration

With 1-Voice2Teams, our client unified its telephony across three offices, reducing hardware overheads and better supporting flexible working by allowing staff to keep their extensions wherever they go.
